RETURNS
Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to our returns department within 14 days of delivery date.
Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Original invoice must be included in your return package.
Any item(s) marked on sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
All accessories are final sale.
Bodysuits and Intimates are final sale.
E-Gift Card purchases are final sale, no exceptions.
If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately.
If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact harleyandmecollection@gmail.com.
harley and me is not responsible for shipping fees, return shipping fees or lost returns. We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method on any returns. Please mail your return to the following address:

Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).
